Not satisfied with your purchase? you can return your order within 14 days of delivery of your package. Products that are returned must be in original condition. This means that the products must not have been used or washed, the products must also be returned in original packaging. If there are stains, damage or anything else that makes the product impossible to sell again, the return will be denied.

Unfortunately we do not offer free returns, you pay a shipping fee of SEK 49 to return your order. This fee will be deducted from the amount we refund for the product you ordered. As soon as we have received your return and approved the condition of the product, we will make a refund. which can take up to 14 days.

3. place the exchange tag in the package and the return label on the bag.

Exchanging the size or color of a piece is totally free. All you have to do is following the above steps. Once we've recieved your package we will start repack and send you a new shipment.

If the new size is out of stock we will contact you via email.

We reserve the right to charge the costs for handling that arise in the case of unclaimed packages (return shipping, shipping costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of SEK 99 for a package that is not collected. The shipment is with the DHL agent for 7 days before it is returned to us. Therefore, please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the product, you first need to pick up the package and then return it as described above.

That is fine as long as you send both delivery notes in the return package.

As soon as we have received your return and approved the condition of the product, we will make a refund. which can take up to 14 days.

MK LIFESTYLE does not offer refunds on any diet or trainings programs. MK LIFESTYLE offer digital products and as soon as you purchased you have access to all the content, so refunds cannot be issued unless under exceptional circumstances. Even if you made an accidental purchase, changed your mind, or realised that there are legitimate reasons why the program is not suitable for you, we will not be able to refund you.

We are keen to ensure that all our products are of the highest quality, if any of your goods are suspected to be defective upon receipt, we ask you to submit a complaint as soon as possible. In your complaint, we ask you to describe the perceived problem, indicate which article the complaint refers to and attach photos taken in good light that show the perceived problem.
